Hand washing is best to ensure it stays its very best for you, for longer.
For machine wash, turn the garment inside out and place in a mesh washing bag. Wash in cold water on the delicate cycle with a low spin cycle.
Please avoid the dryer as the fabric can shrink in high heat. Air-drying the garment keeps the fabric stronger for longer and avoids shrinkage of the fabric and other components (e.g. elastic waistband).
