MALAYSIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Malaysia. For standard shipping within West Malaysia, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. For the East Malaysia, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
Our shipping rates are as below, and will be calculated upon checkout:
Peninsula Malaysia standard shipping: RM5
East Malaysia: RM10
Express same day delivery within Klang Valley: RM35*
*Personalised item(s) will not be applicable for Express Same Day Delivery.
Due to current circumstances, there may be some delay in international deliveries. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. If your country is not listed below, do drop us an email and let us know where you are, so we can add it to the list.

All international deliveries are handled by FedEx. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Import duties are borne by the receiver. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At LULLA, we take great pride in the quality and comfort of our products. We're sorry if your purchase was not the right fit for you. For purchases sent within Malaysia, we may offer exchange, refund, or online store credit depending on stock availability.
Please note that all return costs will be borne by the customer and:
- The item is not personalised/ monogrammed
- The exchange or return is within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, missing original tags/ label are not eligible for return.
- The store credit coupon (or refund) will be issued for the amount of piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost.
- Any items purchased at a discount is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotion.
- The store credit has no expiration date
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of it being made.
However, all orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that you might change your mind, we are unable to do it free of charge due to this reason.
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee before refund is issued.
- Alternatively, we are happy to offer you store credit for your future purchases
- Orders may not be modified/ cancelled once the parcel has been processed and shipped out and will be treated as a RETURN
- All colours and shade can slightly differ in each production run. Lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in our photos and the fabric colours may appear slightly different in real life
- LULLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- By placing an order, you are acknowledging and accepting all shipping and returns terms.
